Camping is an essential part of Scouting. Scouts love being in a special group of friends. Camping gives them the opportunity to live, eat, sleep, work and play together with their Scout “group” doing positive things and cementing friendships that can last a lifetime. Our Council operates two summer camps at Camp C.W. Post, Texas and Camp Tres Ritos, New Mexico in addition to the opportunities below. Check out the videos on those pages for a first-hand look! Also see our guide to Summer Camp Preparation and Resources.
